Booking & Payments

• Our terms of service officially begin when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and received your deposits with confirmation of the trip and details of all passengers.
• Your booking will be confirmed only after receiving an initial 50% of the total payment.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 28 days before the date of departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your booking without a refund.
• To ensure clarity and avoid disputes, all booking-related correspondence must be made in writing via email.
• If Traveda Tours must cancel your reservation for an unforeseeable cause, our liability is restricted to issuing a full refund of the initial payment received.

Limitations & Liability

Traveda Tour Private Limited acts as an agent for hotels, transportation services, and other contractors. We are not liable for any property loss or theft, personal injury, or other damages resulting from:

• Acts of God, dangers, fire, accidents, or breakdowns in machinery or equipment.
• Breakdowns of transport, wars, civil unrest, strikes, riots, or other similar causes.
• Any other causes beyond our direct control.

We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover such unforeseen events.
