Refund and Return Policy for Travedatour
At Travedatour, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the cancellation and refund process as clear and straightforward as possible. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- Cancellation Timeframes and Refund Amounts:
- 60 days or more prior to departure: 100% refund excluding taxes and service charges.
- 60 to 30 days prior to departure: 60% refund excluding taxes and service charges.
- 30 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% refund excluding taxes and service charges.
- Less than 10 days prior to departure: No refund.
- Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 15 to 20 business days once initiated.
- Refunds will be credited back to the same account or card used for the original payment.
- Cancellation Notification:
- All cancellation requests must be notified via email to our customer service team.
- No Refunds for Unused Services:
- No refund will be provided for any unused services on the tour, including but not limited to hotels, rides, meals, entrance fees, meditation classes, spas, and flights, regardless of the reason.
- No Refunds Due to Weather Conditions:
- No refund will be issued for cancellations of events, sightseeing tours, flights, etc., that occur during the trip due to weather conditions or other climatic factors.
- No Refunds for No-Shows or Missed Flights:
- No refund is applicable if a traveler misses their flight or fails to show up on the day of the tour.
- No Refunds for Early Termination of Trip:
- No refund will be provided if you decide to end your trip midway after it has commenced.
- No Refunds on Flight Bookings:
- No refund is applicable on flight bookings made through Travedatour.
- No Refunds Due to Political Instability:
- No refund will be issued for cancellations of events, sightseeing tours, flights, or any other part of the trip that occurs due to political instability, government-imposed restrictions, or ongoing protests.
- No Company Liability for Cancellations:
In the event that your trip is canceled for any reason, the company shall not be held responsible for any resulting losses or additional expenses. This is because we incur non-refundable costs for pre-booked services such as hotels, flights, transportation, and sightseeing tours.
Please note that:

- A canceled plan is considered final, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
- The company will not cover the cost of extended stays, alternative travel arrangements, or any other personal expenses arising from the cancellation.
- Any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
