If you need to cancel your reservations with us due to unforeseen circumstances or a change in plans, refunds will be processed in accordance with the following rules:

  • 60 days prior to departure – 100% excluding taxes and service charges.
  • 60-30 days prior to departure – 60% excluding taxes and service charges.
  • 30-10 days prior departure – 30% excluding taxes and service charges
  • 10 days prior to departure – No refunds

Refund processing will take 15 to 20 business days once initiated.

Refunds will be processed in the same account or card used for payment.

All cancellation requests should be notified via email.

No refund will be given for the unused services if any on the tour as hotels, rides, meals, entrance fees, meditation classes, spas, flights etc., due for any reason whatsoever.

No refund will be given for the cancellation of events, sightseeing, flights etc. during the trip due to climatic conditions.

No refund is applicable if a traveller misses their flight or fails to show up on the day of the tour

No refunds will be given in case you wish to end a trip midway after commencement.

No refund is applicable on flight bookings.


The above conditions are applicable on bookings across all services provided by Traveda Tours unless otherwise stated.
